Back, with GOOD news!

Oh well...

Last time I was here (10th october) I was on a quest to loose 18lb... well, I've lost 5kg!

I'll try and find a converter... or when I can be bothered I'll weigh myself in lb's. But I'm pretty sure to convert you multiply the amount of kg's by 2.5

So... that's about 10 lb's!

Doesn't sound like much at the moment, but it's 2 inches in the waist, AND muscles are forming in my arms.. ohh yeah!

But I have to be honest, I haven't been on the treadmill for a few weeks, I'm just walking around the city all weekend (about a 10km walk/day in the weekend), and by the time I get home I'm stuffed, but I can't make an excuse for no exercise on the weekdays.

Diet + walking did the trick for me, and I'm almost at my goal!

congrats on your weight loss - i'm a newbie to this site and i'm going to be starting my new life today (as corny as that sounds!) :)

in order to convert kg to lbs you multiply by 2.2... so 5kg is 11lbs.

keep up the great work :)

I find that doing the dieting that I am doing at the moment is too easy, I only loose around one pound per week, and that is through walking around city and a diet... I think I might try a bit harder next week,

1km run+1km walk / day + diet
