Back to the abs again

Yep. Me again about the abs. I tried one or two of the excercises that were mentioned, and have begun to feel lower ab pain, which is good :) But you see, (I'm not overweight) my stomach isn't as flat as I'd want it to be, and is somewhat flabby (like when I sit down, bend down, etc). So I was just wondering how long exactly would it take for my stomach to firm up? How long would it take for a 6 - pack to show up?

Well I don't do ANY sit ups or ab work outs, I mostly do push ups, and it seems to do loads on my abs. I have a 6 pack, and is very firm. The last month I've been working out a lot, and I've noticed huge changes with my abs just from push ups.

I'm sure normal ab work outs are much better for them than push ups, but I like to do all upper body, while getting ab work out as well.

I would say 1-2 months before seeing big changes. Don't give up, its worth it.
 
If you want to burn the rest of that off it will be diet and cardio...I know what you mean, I have that too. Fire, I'm pretty sure you are naturally fat-less and have a natural aptitude for these things if you have a six pack from just pushups. The plank position is a good one but there aren't many people in the world who can just hold it and get their abs all buff.
