Hi Everyone! My name is Elle and Im a newbie Losing weight must be one of the hardest journeys to go on as it takes time and dedication. Im about 12-15kgs overweight and Im only 5'2. I know alot of you out there will relate to what I'm about to say. I just wasnt myself anymore. I became almost reclusive, not wanting to go out or be seen and I became very negative. That wasnt me at all. So I made a promise to myself to get my happy back and to be the outgoing person I used to be and if that means going back to basics and starting from scratch, then so be it. My bff and I started a blog about our journey 4 weeks ago and that was a huge deal for me. Never would I have ever put up fat photos of myself. I felt very exposed but at the same time, it's making me accountable and helping me stay focused. I'm loving the journey, obstacles and all and am already feeling inspired by some of the threads Ive read on here. Thanks so much XX
Hi Josh. I'm doing good thanks. It's definately a hard road to walk but Im enjoying it and taking it a day at a time. I've written some killer exercise programs that are helping to get my heart rate up and work up a sweat and Im having fun creating new and exciting recipes.
