Back on Track! (Returning!)

Hi guys :)

Rosa here. I tried to lose weight back way back before here, but failed due to a busy winter schedule...a lame excuse, I know, seeing it is summer already! Yikes!

I'm around 185 pounds. I want to lose 30~40 pounds this summer if possible...I've been trying to be as active as possible but am having difficulty with portions. :(

Welcome Back.. I also came back not too long ago, but I've managed to start losing weight again during April. I lost about around 22 pounds in total =] pretty darn awesome and I know you can do the same!

You can do it, stay active.
 
Wow, 180 to the 150s!? So awesome, I would be a happy camper if I could get down to 150s before mid August :p

So far I haven't lost anything (it's been less than a week), actually gained like a pound or something, but I've been sweating a LOT more and I feel better. I just have to control portions :p

Thanks for the support guys! I don't think I'll do a diary (as I already have a paper version I carry around to note food intake& weight) but I still have tons of questions. :)
