Alright I was wondering how long these take to develope ? Seems its takeing me quite some time. I'v been in the gym about 3 months now and I'd say I'm slowly starting to see theim comeing in but its takeing FOREVER for some reason. I do a few different back excersises everytime I go to the gym such as, Lat pulldown. I'm wondering If its true what people say about the back, It takes awhile to develope. Also can someone give me a diagram and show me the different muscle groups or w/e in the back because i'm really only aware of the lats and thein theres thiem dimples you get in ur very lower back wich I don't know what there called.
