Back for a 2nd round of serious weightloss/ musclebuilding

Whatsup guys :) I'm back after 3 years to finally complete my transformation and get the body that I have dreamed of! I've been really busy with school, work and partying that I just forgot about this forum completely.. I started the weight loss journey yet again but I'm paying EXTRA attention to my diet then before. Compared to my 1st weight loss experience, my portion sizes are way smaller but i eat 6 times a day, my deficit is at 800 and I'm trying to drink less on the weekends (lol)

I'm now 6'0 currently weighing 196 pounds, and I have a greater understanding of nutrition thanks to my previous experience with this website. I'll be updating every other week so I can track my progress here and maybe even inspire one to make a change in their life, who knows.

I would post one of me shirtless so you get a better idea of how my body looks now but it's kinda late, don't feel like taking pictures lol
