back..biceps

Upper back? Yes.

If you do a "pull" day, then you are working your biceps anyway.

Lat pulldown, bentover dumbbell rows, pull-ups, seated rows, and bentover rows all work thhe biceps as-well.

Make sure you do the back exercises first, since it is stronger. That way, you will be able to burn it out. Otherwise, you won't be able to do as much if your biceps are burned out first.

Similarly you can do triceps at the same time as your shoulders and chest.

Good luck,
Rip

ive found that is the best way to split up work outs: push, pull, legs, abs & lower back

i prefer to split them up.
Reason being, is so i can put in the most energy for each instead of splitting my energy up for two. After im done doing back, my biceps usually get a good pump. I wouldnt have the oomph left to train them any more.
Times i have workd them together (awhile ago), it always felt so non - rewarding for my biceps.
But thats just me ... everyones different :D

Stalefish: GOod advice, if i'm doing 1/day splits i'll do back/tris and chest/bis. Like stalifish said; you will have more energy for your arms at the end but also when you train you want to get a lot of blood flowing to the muscle you are working; if you do chest (which hits triceps) with bi's - you'll get additional bloodflow because both bis and tris are swelling up.

exactly.
And if u train bi's and chest same day, your upper body will get a killer pump

benchpress hittn the chest and tri's
Incline benchpress hittin those shoulders good (along with upper chest of course)
and bicep exercises pumpin up your bi's ... you'll feel like that huge bouncer who kicked you out of the bar last weekend.
Nothin beats a good pump, it's an indicates you're doin somethin right
