Hi
I beagn my latest regime on September 9th 2010 and weighed in at an obese 334Lbs.
At weigh in last week I was 298lbs which equates to a loss of 36lbs(16.36KG) in 10 weeks. My regime so far is:
Gym 2-3 times a week:
1/2 hour cross trainer
1 hour weight training
1000m swim (500m front crawl & 500m breast stroke)
I alos try to take the dogs over our local monument hill every day which is 400 ft high.
The gym has been hard but it how, I believe, my average weight loss for the 10 weeks is 3.6lbs. I have been also taking orliastat but as I am following a Slimming World diet plan, which I find much easier than any diet I have done before and I have my wife to thank for getting me to ditch weight watchers.
During the first month the overeating demon voices were loud however as time has gone on they seem to be more distant.
Why have I posted thie? Well for anyone struggling to believe it is possble. Just change your lifestyle. I was so miserable with depression I had to and although my journey has only really just begun it is one that for the first time in my life I can see me completing. You do have to change for life but by heck it is fun.
Best Wishes
