Hi everyone
i am back after staying away for almost a year,i was away due to some work that didnt allow me to come online for long steches:)
so i had a news to share with those who know me,or remember me,like stingo,Lv,tony,Brahma,merciless,brady,jpc,evoloution,moonbeam and kieria

Well I never met you, garunteed it's because I'm brand new, but you seem like a happy and cheerful woman, so who wouldn't be glad to have you back? ;) Oh congratulations on the big quit!
 
I'm new here, so I don't remember you, but it's great to meet you.

Congratulations on quitting, keep up the good work. If you can make it a month, then you're doing pretty well.
 
Welcome back, I missed those abs ;)

I've been there too with quitting smoking and although I doubt you ever completely stop craving you do almost forget about it after a while as it stops being part of your routine

Did you use any aids like patches or gum?

thanks everyone for the warm welcome back:)
CCR:i didnt use ANY aid,i just Fasted for 12 days as it was my religious obligation and it helped alot in decreasing the craving and then i just went cold turkey but i still have a very intense craving every day,so i try to distract myself:)
 
Speaking of which young lady, where have YOU been? I've totally been thinking about you this week LOL. I was wondering where'd you'd gone to.

well Monn its a long story that why i have been away,and i totally wanted to come here but it wasnt permissible for some time,and the restriction was imposed by whom(u know very well)
End of the story is i am back and hopefully for real:)

Welcome back Sadie and congratulations on quitting smoking!! I managed to do the same (6 months and 2 days now).

I'll be sure to keep an eye on your journal :)
