Ok, so I am going to try this diary thing. Not sure what to write. I am a mother of two. On my path to the body I want
I have been trying to eat better and exercise, and so far it has been working. I try to eat alot of fiber, kashi is my favorite. I just tried their newest cereal "kashi Vive" It is soooo good, and 11 grams of fiber. Woo Hoo. Exercise ...Yesterday I did 45 min of Tae Bo in the AM and 20 min of kickboxing and a 15 min of abs in the afternoon. I am about to go do 45 min of Denise Austin interval training. (3.5 min. of cardio then 1.5 min of weight lifting) Wish me luck.
Breakfast- 1 1/4 cups Kashi Vive cereal with 3/4 cup 2% milk (261 cal)
Snack- 1/4 cup cinnamon splender trail mix (120 cal)
I will let you know how I am doing as the day progresses...Off to workout.
