b4 and in between ...down from 286lbs to 170lbs

The top pic is my in-between and bottom pic is before...I was 130kgs (286lbs) and now I am 77kgs (170lbs)....Its going slow so I am getting kinda impatient now :)


My target is 60kgs so I have 18kgs more to go. I have to lose more in my lower body now ..All suggestions are welcome :)

I'm sure you've probably already read that you can't target specific areas for weight loss. It's an overall process and the only way to make your problem areas smaller is to decrease your total body fat percentage.

Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll get there :D You look great!

Exactly, you can't spot loose fat. You can tone specific areas with targeted exercise to build muscle and definition in those areas but you can't spot loose fat.


You look fantastic by the way, keep it up :)
