Hello forum,
I am an author (and professional educator) who writes about using new paradigms from quantum physics for self-improvement. (It's a lot simpler than it sounds!
)
I became interested in weight loss (through quantum physics) back in the early 1990's when my first son was born and my weight had ballooned. I'm sure you're familiar with the story: I was trying every diet in the book, and exercising religiously, yet my waistline was still expanding.
I decided that there had to be something missing and my ensuing research led me to the amazing science of quantum physics. Studying, researching, creating, and applying quantum physics to weight loss (and most every other area of my life) led me to great success within a relatively short time. Since those days, I have continued to apply the new paradigms I encountered/created and find that my weight is relatively easy to manage.
I remain interested in weight loss because, as we all know, it is such a tremendous focal point for Americans - we're currently spending over $60 billion a year on weight loss! Conversely, obesity continues to rise each year. I maintain that the incongruence of these two facts speaks to bad (old) science, rather that American's lack of will power or lack of resolve!
I'm interested in reading about your weight loss journey - successes and set-backs alike. I hope I am able to contribute to these discussions as well.
Thank you for reading,
Greg Kuhn
