I wanted to thank you entirely on everything you've wrote to me about.
I thought I'ed tell you that I took you're advise, and Im gradually boosting up on my caloric intake. Although 1,000- 1,200 is still love, I'm moving slowly and do intend on building up.
I wanted to thank you so much.
I've done research and Im eating all groups of food Needed now.
Dairy, Protein, fiber, iron, fruits, veggies.
5-6 meals a day.
I have NOT gained any depressional moods and I have learned to understand that this is completely for ME and no one else.
My confidence has been raised.
I did have a question though.
I've tried research and I've come to begin my cardio and weight lifting routines.
I was wondering what you believe would be best for me.
Heres what I had planned.
I have my max and mins written down already.
I started yesterday:
I wake up and eat a healthy breakfast, usually cereal, grapefruit and take my multi vitimins.
30 minutes after eating I do a 15 minute low cardio workout.
