Attack!!!!

Hi,

I'm 35 years old, father of 3 kids aged 1,3,5.... I'm 6'5" and just a few pounds under 400lbs. I need to get this fixed so that I can live a long healty life and be there for my family.

You know how you see things happen... like Google explodes onto the scene, and you think MAN if only I'd bought in before they mattered? Everyone tries desperately to see THOSE kinds of opportunities before it's too late... well I have one of those right in front of me. If I stay the way I am... it WILL catch up to me like a reverse Google. THIS is my opportunity to make a move and reap the benefits...

In terms of approach, right now I'm putting myself on a 1,750 calorie soft cap diet, with an emphasis on eating LOTS of fish, fruits and veggies and minimizing my pastas and carbolicious starches. I WILL allow myself to exceed that 1750 cap to as much as 2250... but I don't want to do that... but 2250 is my the world is ending limit.

In terms of exercise... I'm employing my fitbit at first with a goal of 15K steps a day... as my weight drops I will increase physical activity as follows:

<375 : Hit the gym 3 days a week for moderate weight training

<360 : Krav Maga classes for 1 hour twice a week

<345 : Intense workout 3 days per week including high-rep weight training

<325 : Running (haven't mapped out exactly yet)

<300 : Train for 100 mile bike ride.
