anyone here on the atkins diet? ive been on it for abotu amonth, and its going great! Ive allready lost about 10 pounds. I hsaw this ad on walmart's site about a new atkins video thats coming out on october 12th that teaches you how to turn bodyfat into energy through an atkins program. I think it could be sucessful.. Has anyone heard of it?
