at home routine question

Well I started a routine at home and I just have a quick question.

If I lift weights for 3 days in my routine (various parts for various days) should I run the other 3 days and have 1 day rest or should I run before/after my workout instead of the sepreate days so that I can have the 3/4 days off as a rest.

I am trying to bulk up slightly but I also don't want my cardio to drop to much. I want to lean towards gettign bigger more then worring about cardio but I do want it in my routine. if that makes any sense.

When i run I usually do 5 km in around 25 mins and I am wiped.
 
Thanks for the quick replies. Needed to know by today cause it is one of my off days today so looks liek I am running.
