I was involved in a car accident about 9 years ago, due to my elbow dislocating frequently and being unstable, it fused/healed a little off. About half an inch off, (the end of the radius or ulna isnt where it is suppose to be kinda) So now, I can extend my right arm out, almost all the way, I'm about 10 degrees off of a full extension, and since the bones cannot rotate over, I can only turn my hand, from palm down, to thumb up, pink down, I cannot get it all the way to palm up. Due to this, my bench press, tricep curl, dip, bicep curl (hammer curl on right arm) and pushups, are either not a full extension, or not proper, (like the bicep curl, I cant full rotate arm to hold it right, so I do hammer curls)
In the long run, will this majorly effect the symmetry of my two sides? pecs, arms, shoulders, etc? Or will it eventually even out?
And should I equally limit my left arm to compensate? Or just do more reps with my right?
I can get pictures if needed.
