Practice yoga like Surya Namaskar, Pranayama & Kapalbathi. Start a brisk walking regimen also.

Follow a healthy lifestyle with fresh fruits & vegetables. Avoid poultry & meat. Snack on nuts. Almonds and walnuts give us essential nutrients and Omega3 fatty acids.

Meditate to keep your mind relaxed. Healthy mind will give healthy body.
