I 've been training for abotu a month straight now, and I haven't seen ANY loss in my weight! I am 26.5, 160 and have been for the past 3 months. I eat plenty of protein, 5 small meals, no cheat meals (except for occasional bites of cereal or chocolate, but those are rarities), everything I eat is clean. No sugars, No fast food, nothing fried, no deserts, so trans nothing, and low carbs evertyday, with no carbs after 9pm. I train at least 4 times a week, using a variable set/rep schedule ranging b/t 6-12 reps per set. I mainly am concentrating on compound excercises, some isolation excercises, and an even split b/t upper and lower body movements. Only freeweights too, save for the lat pull down. I do at least 20 minutes of cardio after each full body workout, and 1 hour of cardio on my days off of lifting. One day a week of rest. 7 hours of sleep nightly, but I tend to eat a no-carb meal of veggies and clean meats 1.5 hours before bedtime, which I think is detrimental to my routine. I take everyday a multi, GTE, and supplement with a pro blend to ensure that I get my protien intake consistent. My strenth has improved in all workouts, and I breeze through my cardio, but my weight remains the same!!! I want to cut down my % of BF but I am getting no where. Please help me and tell me what am I doing wrong. Thanks!
