Well it's day 6 of my Cohen's adventure and I'm not feeling too bad. Had the terribible headaches and tiredness on days 3 and 4 but hopefully I'm over that now.
I have read other diaries and am always amazed at how much we all have in common. My weight has fluctuated wildly most of my adult life. As I've said before I have a fat wardrobe and a skinny wardbrobe. Needless to say the fat one gets used more!!! This time I'm hoping I can say goodbye to all those long baggy tops for good.
I live in Melbourne, am married to a gorgeous man, no kids but a very cute dog. I work in the resources sector and manage a large group of people. My work is manic but fun. One of the team had been on Cohens last year and has managed to keep the weight off so she is my inspiration. For me it's not just about losing it, it's keeping it off .
Anyway, I currently weigh 94.4 kilos and my ideal weight is 55 -59 kilos.
So I have my work cut out for me.
Yesterday was interesting as it was the first session with the Personal Trainer since I started the program. He has had other clients on Cohens and kept the exercise to cardio rather than the big heavy weights I had been doing. So apart from a little light headedness I was fine.
All in all a pretty positive beginning
