Army Style Workout..is this Effective..?

Hey guys, i figured i'd post this here cause i'm hoping yall can share whats good about this workout.

My uncle taught me this very basic exercise routine which is great if you are indoors and have small space (myself) and don't go to the gym.....plus it's to damn cold out there right now.

Very simple, it's 10 jumping jax, get on the floor, 10 pushups, turn over and 10 situps....get up and repeat until your EXHAUSTED.

Trust me give that a try, it knocks you the hell out. Just the motion of getting down, turning over..then getting up tires you out aswell as the actual exercises. So far this works good for me, but do you think it burns calories and is actually cardio cause you get out of breathe..?

BTW you can switch it up, like do 30 jumping jax, 10 situps, 10 pushups etc..i like 10x3 though :D
