ARGH! Pushups!

Morning,

Pushups rule in my family, along with pullups and chinups too! My kids will always challenge me to regular pushups, diamond pushups, habanero pushups, etc. We go bananas with pushups!

Yesterday I worked myself to failure with habaneros and diamonds and this morning, my triceps are whimpering fiercely...but wow, it feels soooo good. :)

Update: I can do five pushups now! Real, regular, 90 degree elbow pushups with a straight back!

That core stabilization in yoga and the chest presses at the gym really paid off. Not to mention the modified pushups. :D

Thanks for all the advice guys! Now I just gotta build up my stamina!
 
I found that starting with your chest on the ground helped me. That way you could get a a good hand position and start with good form from the beginning.
