Are These Okay?

Every day at lunch i eat these crackers they are wheat they have 2 in each pack and i eat 5 packs so thats 10 crackers they have enriched wheat are they bad for me?? then tonight at dinner i had some crackers called club or gold crackers i just need to know if they are low in fat or healthy to eat fill me in please
 
Easiest way is to look at the nutrioun label on the back of the package and it will tell you exactly how much fat is in them :). If your still not sure post the nutrien facts on here and we all can help you more.
 
its required by law to state the nutrition information on every kind of packaged foor. check the box you got them out of or the box at the store for it if they dont have a box you can find try there website (use google to find it)

but i cant see them being all that bad but a whole grain or 12 grain cracker would be much much better for you.
 
Enriched wheat = white flour + vitamins = NOT good for you as they take out all of the fibre. Why not have a slice or two of 100% whole wheat toast instead?
