Are there drawbacks to "too much cardio"?

This discussion was brought up amonst some friends who are trying to lose weight but are not into "bodybuilding."

They were of the opinion that you cannot do too much cardio if you are looking to lose weight (so long as you are not having dizzy spells and you are getting enough to eat).

What say y'all? ('coz I have no clue)

yes its very possible, but if you looking to lose weight try HIIT, you only 20 minutes to do it and burns more fat than like 45 minutes of jogging, heres a site,

There can definitely be too much cardio. Just like the body doesn't like too little food, it can also go into starvation mode if you are doing too much cardio.

I agree w/ Grammaton that HIIT is a great option for fatloss, and it's time-efficient, as well.
