First off I realize thermogenics are not a replacement for diet and exercise. Which I am doing. But I just want something that helps me get a jump on things and really gets me motivated. From there it will just be diet and exercise. But I have tried thermogenics in the past. With varying degrees of success. By and large I find I can only take them when I'm really doing too much and I need the extra energy. Ultimately though all of the caffeine in most of them is too much for me. I like some boost in energy but not what they give me. Usually this leads me to reducing the dosage but then I render it ineffective usually since I almost always have to take a half dose or less. Then it just becomes more or less an energy pill of sorts. So anyways any suggestions would be helpful. Now I am a male if that makes a difference on suggestions. I heard good things about things like Alli but I believe that is strictly for women. But a solution like that would probably be good since it is supposed to be a more natural approach to the thermogenics idea. Thanks for your help.
