The on a google search for "build muscle"?

There is only on proven way to build muscle........ eat and train in the weight room like it's your job.

It is hard and takes time. It takes time to train, it takes time to learn, it takes time to study. I guess that is just the nature of becoming good at anything.

A novice weight trainer is someone who has been training consistently from 1-4 years.

Learn to love training, not the result. That is the path to gains.

The above link is a decent start.

My 3 cents.

And do you have any studies to back up this rather bold statement?

:D

I’m with you on that one buddy.

It’s annoying not getting the results you want even when you train hard (I had the same problem). Until I stumbled on a book that got me results. I’m more muscular now: I can tell the difference. That book’s buildingmuscleformula.com. It’s free. Try it if you need help.

Oh Karky and NBS....... I believe that if information is considered common knowledge within the professional community then sources do not need to be sited. :boxing_smiley:

Hey G,

What do you eat at the gym and is eating permitted? Can I use the squat rack to issolate my personal eating space?:costumed6: :luxlove:

All kidding aside, all it take is just some elbow grease and a proper diet. OR just a visit to the surgeon to get some muscle implants.
