Are there any proven ways to build muscles?

Building muscle takes so long! I train a lot and hard but it takes forever, it seems I just can’t do it. Please tell me, are there any proven ways to build muscles? Please reply I am waiting for your replies.

Nothing can be proven. But if you lift and eat you will gain muscle.
 
Yes, there are proven concepts.

but each person is unique and has to do what makes that person gain muscle.

most people fail to eat right and give ample recovery time.
 
If you are not building muslce, one of two things are off. 1) Your knowledge of how muscle growth works; in which case you will need to educate yourself. or 2) You are not training as hard as you think you are. Really think to yourself, why you cannot put on muscle. There are 3 keys to gaining muscle: DIET, EXCERCISE properly, and Rest. If any of those 3 are off, you will not gain that much if any.
