I saw this good full body workout in the body building section here at Fitness. Full body workouts sound great, but wouldn't they just lead to overtraining?

AJP said:Full body workouts do not take 3 hours, at all. They are an excellent way to go, checkout High Frequency Training, google it I guess...or something.
Adumb said:I wouldn't be surprised if it came close. When I do upper body I spend at least 90 minutes in the gym. I don't train my legs as seriously, but it still takes me 45 minutes or so, with abs included it could take another hour. So yea, I'd say minimum 2 hours, max 3 hours.
