April's Food & Exercise

I'm going to start a journal stating what I ate for the day and the exercise for the day. Nothing exciting, just a personal thing so I can see my progress. I'm going to start April 6th, the first day of the challenge. Oh man get ready for 1 boring entry every evening!

Soooo I guess I'll start this now, just because I'm procrastinating on an accounting project.

here's how yesterday went
Food:
11:15--Uncrustable (210)
1:00--1C Apple Jacks (110)
3:00--Lean Cuisine (230)
4:00--Pancakes (240)
7:00--Wayyyyy too much pizza (5 slices :(, oh man)

Exercise:
60 minutes elliptical
60 minutes stair master
30 minutes treadmill
30 minutes weight (chest, shoulders, tris)

Like always, I exercised too much and ate too much. Better day tomorrow.
