April Goals

By the end of April I hope to:
  • Get up early enough to eat breakfast before school
  • Get down to 135 pounds
  • Run at least 6 times a week
  • Keep up in my classes
  • Eat under 1600 calories a day
 
By the end of April I hope to.......

Eat healthy...Seriously cut down on junk
loose 8 pds
walk every morning and do my pilates, EVERY DAY!!
 
i just hope i dont get sick again before the end of the month! sheesh.


*stay under 1200 calories a day
*try to get down to 140 pounds. :rolleyes:
*keep drinking my 80oz of water each day

Here are my goals for April...

get my calories up to 1600.(clean cals only)
exercise w/ weights 5x a week.
cardio 6x a week
get down to the low 150's
and remember to take my daily supplements...i keep forgetting them :eek:
 
ok.. It's about a third way into April.. My goals for April are:

- exercise 6x/week
- get eating habits under control
- get down to 157lbs
 
My April goals are just to get started eating healthy and at least going for a daily walk. Oh and to cut down on all the pop I drink
 
no way hosay...not going to eat 1700 a day. how do you think i lost all this weight in the first place? 1700 might work for some but not me.
 
Actually, I ran into my old high school chem teacher at the gym today (hes surprsingly very young.. 29, and very good looking...) Anyways, we were talking and he was talking about how we lost a lot of the food mass through breathing. Basically a conbustion reaction. And he started talking about screwing up my metabolism and stuff, and don't go too low with the calories otherwise i'll just gain it back later if I don't keep this diet for life. So I decided now that I will just stick to like a 1600-1800 calorie diet or something... I definatly don't want to go over 2000. I think i'm just going to cut out deep fried foods, and sweets and stuff.
 
lol wonderwoman, try it and see what it does for you, if its clean food you will lose weight still. if ya dont try it how do you know
 
By the end of April I hope to be 120lbs and be back exercising at least 3 times a week (not counting my daily dog walks:)) Hopefully I'll have more energy and be less exhausted at the end of every day too.
 
Currently my goals for the end of April are:

1. Eat enough (yet keeping it healthy)
2. Jog for 20-30 minutes
3. Update my music (cannot jog without good music)
4. Lose between 10-12 pounds
5. Work on my arms & legs
6. Workout more at home
7. Fit into my super tight jeans
8. Look good when visiting family in Europe
 
Aprils' goals for me are quite simple

1- lose 8-10lbs
2- exercise at least 30mins - 1 hour at least 4 times a week
3-like the poster above, remember to take my supplements, for some strange reason I would forget them for days at a time, which doesn't make sense since they are next to my deodorant on the bureau and I reach for that at least twice a day??? go figure.:confused:
4- find 1 hour me time weekly for mediation ( I think this is going to be harder than the remember to take supplements everyday):rolleyes:
