I just love my apps, even had one that counted my contractions and gave me averages etc lol :cool:

So I was looking for an iPad app that I could monitor my weight and track it etc.
I came across tactio health and really recommend it. You can monitor everything from weight, pulse, nutrition calorie guide suited to you, waist, steps, activity, blood pressure etc and you can even download a detailed report. I got the PDF splicer app to delete pages I don't need.

It's really great and I love it! This app will keep me motivated.
 
When working up my weight loss plan I used an app called Fitday. I never used it much after I started, but it was pretty good at tracking food, weight, and other things you may want to keep up with.

For nutrition, I used an app called nutritiondata, to make sure what I consumed balanced the way I wanted.

Again, I didn't use these after I was firmly on the plan, but they did serve a good purpose as I was trying things out.
