Which yoga poses do the best job of rounding glutes?

I immediately thought of you. Here's the answer that was posted by Baron Baptiste.

Standing poses are best, especially the prayer twist: Step your right leg forward into a lunge, tucking your left toes under behind you. Lower yourself until your right knee makes a 90 degree angle, keeping it over your ankle. Then, spreading your shoulders, bring your hands to your chest in prayer position and rotate your torso to the right. Try to bind your left elbow on the outside of your right knee. Repeat on the other side.
