Anyone know any tips or sites that give exercises that help get a nice apple bottom?
Which yoga poses do the best job of rounding glutes?
Standing poses are best, especially the prayer twist: Step your right leg forward into a lunge, tucking your left toes under behind you. Lower yourself until your right knee makes a 90 degree angle, keeping it over your ankle. Then, spreading your shoulders, bring your hands to your chest in prayer position and rotate your torso to the right. Try to bind your left elbow on the outside of your right knee. Repeat on the other side.

OK, LOL at myself, wondering what the heck an "applebottom" is? Being most definitely a pear-shaped gal myself, the concept is most foreign! hee hee
