Anyone read Body Sculpting Bible For Women

I bought it today. It seemed to be the most comprehensive book on weight training for women. I am new to this..:) SO what do you think of this book?

Though I believe men and women should train the same for the most part, it is one of the best books that is out there for women and lifting.

Thanks. It does seem quite informative. The one I bought is the Revised edition from this year.
Also what otehr books would be good...I know most of them are specifically for men..Would those be helpful? Or are there other books for women that I could order?
 
I would look into purchasing New Rules of Lifting. It is no nonsense program design and instruction. Best book by far if you are looking for a program for any style or goal.
 
My main confusion so far has been the total body workouts. I have always heard you should work different muscle groups every workout. Is this workout routine safe?
 
Body part training should only be utilized after years of training, when working on proportion, and you have specific goals. It would be unsafe to train body parts, not to start a smart full body training program.

You state you are new to this, so go with pre-made designs of full body work. NROL is a great place to break you in and get you going.
