I wonder if I can find a general training program somewhere, specifically just for increasing muscle mass. Right now I can't go in a gym and I can only train at home, but when I do have access to machines, like soon, I'd like to know what I must do, and not end up, you know, training only biceps, triceps, pecs and a bit of shoulders, forgetting everything else that's important.
Also, anyone got any tip on something I could do at home to work my triceps out meanwhile?
