anyone know a tasty, non spicey marinade recipe for salmon??

i love salmon and eat it once a week. my 4 year old daughter used to eat it loads as a toddler but has recently gone off it due to a bad bit of salmon i got one day that has put her off it totaly now.. i really dont want to stop eating it but it costs too much to make 2 seperate meals.. plus i really want her to eat it as its good for her.

she wont eat it plain .. i have tried putting parsley sauce and other creamy sauces on top of hers to disguise it but she is now bored of that.
i have tried a bbq style marinade which she said was too spicey and was screaming at it as if i was trying to poison her.. and havs also tried a lime and corriander marinade which she started pretending to gag on.

Help.. i dont want to stop cooking salmon but i cant keep paying £4 -£6 every time and throwing her portion in the bin. it winds me up.

any ideas??????????

There's all sorts of stuff here. I always go for highly rated recipes that lots of people have tried.

My girlfriend made Applebee's Honey Grilled Salmon and it was goood. I'd skip the cayenne though, or no doubt your little one will pitch another fit.

Kinda packed with sugar, yeah, but she's a kid. A fussy kid. She'll be aight. Besides, the nutritional information assumes you're eating all the sauce, which is actually served on the side, so you don't really have to eat very much of it at all. Everybody wins. :)

what i do with that is this simple baked salmon 2 salmon filets, olive oil , tartar sauce.
Put salmon filets in a glass baking dish. Drizzle a little olive oil over the filets and flip them over a couple of times to spread the oil and get a little oil on the bottom of the baking dish and the under side of the filets. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-30 minutes .
