Anyone here doing P90X?

Ridiculous. What you won't get on P90x is huge. Depending on how you implement the training, you can get much stronger and explosive. As for the intensity of the workouts....I rarely have felt the urge to puke in the gym, outside of a difficult leg day here and there, P90x workouts test your fitness muck more than a traditional mass building resistance workout. I have no problem going to the gym, working 2/3 muscle groups with 10/12 mass building movements, I dread P90x, if done intensely you look in the mirror every workout.
