Anyone from Middle Tennessee?

Hello! New to the forums, trying to shed some weight I've gained back through the college years. So any users on here living in the middle TN area? I'm pretty close to Nashville. Anyways I'm hoping to get some helpful advice since my dieting and work-out routine don't seem to be doing anything as of right now. Looking foawrd to some replies!

... Know any good bike trails/routes around town good for a beginner?
