Anyone for bodyweight exercises ?

Hi guys,

I have a target of losing 30 pounds and I do bodyweight exercises only because I don't have access to a gym. It would be great if anyone who does the same could share their experiences and journey along with me.

My current workout plan

Y squat ( 15 reps)
T pushup ( 6 reps per side)
Stick up ( 10 reps)
Reverse Lunges ( 10 reps per side )
Elevted Pushups ( 10 reps)
Jumping Jacks ( 50 reps)

Bodyweight exercises are great. I do have access to a gym, but not whenever I want (I'm a shiftworker), so I do bodyweight stuff at times.

Mainly I do squats, pushups, crunches and inverted rows these days.

I'd like to start doing burpees, but I think they might kill me. :)

I used to do a lot of other stuff too, but as I got more into the gym I did fewer other things.
 
I lift weights at the gym, but during the day I try to get in at least 4 rounds of bodyweight exercises to take a break from my desk and computer. Here's what I do on a rotating basis:

squats
walking lunges (long hall to the bathroom)
pushups
tricep dips
stepups (on one of the straightbacked chairs in the lunch room)

At the gym I usually do the following as well:
reverse crunches
inverted rows
planks

I do burpees, but probably not as often as I should. I hate them with a passion. :)
