This would be great to check in every week to see everyones progress. Also help each other with support during the week if needed. I was apart of a group like that before with my daughter and went from 150 to 120 in about 4-5 months. It was great. :D Good Luck to everyone!
 
Well I thought about not posting here...everyone's weight is so light compared to mine. Then I figured hmmm it couldn't do me any harm...so here goes...

Calories: Somewhere between 1200 to 1500 a day.
Exercise: Still working on this ONE! Goal: Get in 3 days Weights/Toneing and a little cardio 6 days a week.
 
Seeing my stats on paper isnt always fun for me,..but hey,..

goal weight: get my BMI in the normal range (169 lbs is the highest) than I will go from there
excersize: min 4 times a week at gym, 45 cardio, 1/2 hour strength training
calories: around 1200 to 1500, three small meals and two to three small snacks and water water water all day

dont feel bad about those high weights, we all got to start somewhere right? AND at least we all want to do something about it and are taking action, not just sitting on our butts!

anyway, when i was preg. i was 210 pounds! then i spent 3 yrs at 185! :eek: so i guess i shoulda posted startingweight: 185 and curent weight 147. i keep yoyoing between 147-150 :confused:

My starting weight was 160 and now I am 156. I did gain weight last week and was very mad with myself. I did manage to get it back down and hopefully it keeps going from there. My goal is still holding strong at 125. That is 31 pounds. Hopefully it starts to melt off like butta. hehe.

exercise: Bike to and from work (1hr 8.62 miles total per day) 5 days a week- 20 min Arc Trainer (Eliptical) 10% incline 40# resistance. Strength alternate upper and lower body daily plus abs. 20 min p.m. yoga
calories: six mini meals about 1200 total (give or take a few per day)

not too impressive since im only 10 pounds less since february :mad:

I was on the Depo shot after the first 6 wks of having the twins. During the 6 weeks, I had lost 10 lbs. After the depo, gained back 15. Now I weigh more than I ever have. I had been over weight from the ages 10 - 15 and then lost it all by the time I was 16. (weighed 111 lbs) First child at 21, lost all baby weight in 6 mo. Twins and depo have filled me out really good. :(
I read online that it may take 3-6 months off the depo shot before all effects were off. Just dandy. lol
Tired of wearing hubby's clothes because I refuse to buy clothes that fit my plump body.
Been trying to lose weight for 6 mo, and have not dropped a pound. But, on the bright side, haven't gained a pound either.

After having my son I weighed pretty much the same as my pre-pregnancy weight (105lbs) after having my son - (110lbs), I worked out alot and was really fit. After I had my daughter I just couldn't seem to get the weight off... I've fluctuated between 125 & 135... I don't exercise alot as I work full time/raise 2 kids, but that's changing... started up jogging again, was doing it for a while back but stopped. My plan is a high protein, low carb diet... so freakin determined to lose this weight!!!!!!!!!!!
