Anyone ever tried...

balance board pushups?

I was looking for balance boards online, and some sites suggested doing pushups on one as a good exercise. I've never thought of that, but it seems to me like a great way of increasing control for martial artists/power lifters. Does anyone have any experience with these?
 
I've done some stuff like that both with swiss balls, and Bosus.

I really like using them once and a while to help get over plateaus. I've also used stuff like that right after a set of bench. You can really lift to heavy on the bench, but the instability really kills your whole upper body.

A lot of fun using that kind of stuff I think.
