Anyone ever had a bad workout day?

I went to the Y last night and did my standard workout, Fitlinxx keeps track of what you do (and ensures you do it properly). My performance was way off, I usually do about 65K pounds (reps x weight), but last night struggled to do 45K. I was smart and didn't push it, but it seems really weird to drop off by 1/3 in a couple of days. I only got about 3 hours of sleep the night before and that may have had something to do with it.
 
oh definately.. sometimes when i'm having a stressful day I don't have energy and have to kill my cardio halfway. it sucks but don't worry next time you'll be right back on track and i'm glad you got it in anyways. The sleep could very well be the cause.. cheers! :)
