anyone ever feel like this

Does anyone ever some days randomly feel like they look a lot smaller than they really are or than on a regular day. Just for instance like today ik my arms didnt get smaller over night and what not but no matter how i look at it in a mirror or anything I just feel like they lost some size lol. Does any1 ever get like this
 
Yeah. Could be carb depletion. Could be that you check yourself out to often after a workout when you are still swolen up. Could be dehydration. In short, its nothing to worry about as long as you stay consistent with your hard work. There's a lot of mental games fitness can play with you. Once you can get yourself to focus on the big picture rather than the day to day advances, you'll be a lot happier.
 
Seriously though, have you seen the difference being hydrated has on your structure? When I wake up feeling fresh, hydrated and happy I look so much better.
 
Mind playing tricks on you mate.
Theres days I look in the mirror, flex and say f**k me I look good.
Others I look and look (or think) I look smaller.
The facts are that if your diet and routine is good and you stay consistant you will not be losing any muscle.

YES! i do have this at times. A couple of things I have learned. The less time I spend in the mirror the better of a "true" image I see. Also, now that I have a cellphone camera, take a picture and look at the picture, verses your image in the mirror.

distorted self perception is futile to fight with. Best to just leave it alone for a while and come back.

Sort of like skydiving by yourself. It is impossible to tell how fast you are falling, or if you are falling straight down or not.
