Anyone else?

I have been working out for a long time now and my weight has stayed the same. Recently, I have been lifting more weights (trying to tone for the summer and possibly lose 5 lbs.) and I have gained 2-3 lbs. This is really discouraging, even though I know that muscle weights more then fat etc. Anyone else have this problem? Will my weight eventually start going down instead of up! I have even upped my cardio workouts.

Keep at it, the weight will come off if the diet and excercise is right. Track how well your doing by bodyfat or looks, not the scale. good luck and drink lots of water
