I have been working out for a long time now and my weight has stayed the same. Recently, I have been lifting more weights (trying to tone for the summer and possibly lose 5 lbs.) and I have gained 2-3 lbs. This is really discouraging, even though I know that muscle weights more then fat etc. Anyone else have this problem? Will my weight eventually start going down instead of up! I have even upped my cardio workouts.
