Anyone done this?

My cousin from NY was here over Thanksgiving, and since he knew that I had gotten really interested in going to the gym and working out, he showed me this site:

He's done it and says it works, but i mean, look at the weight lifting regiment, its so much easier than what I do, i just think its odd. Has anyone tried this here before?

Ya, it looks like your typical 'meat-head' work-out program... it all depends on what your goals are, health history, what your body is capable of doing, etc... That's probably why they're giving it for 'free' because it's relatively easy... there are much better exercises than the ones they listed...

I have actually done this program.
I think that it is a very good program if you are starting off and looking to drop weight. You really don't seem to gain too much muscle, just tend to loose fat.
This program is more designed for people who don't eat correctly and really haven't been doing that much in the gym or exercise at all.
I dropped 15Kg on this program, so if weightloss is your goal it will work.

well, then, i guess its not for me, maybe in like 6 months, but for lacrosse I need to keep my current body form to be successful at varsity, but maybe over the summer i could shed some pounds.

This programme is actually a fantastic plan I have no need to do it myself but through the research that I have done for my degree it looks to be a solid programme.

I too did the full Body for LIFE challenge (but sadly my camera ate the film for the before photos, so I couldn't officially compete).

The above quote is accurate: you won't gain much mass on this program, as calories are kept low, and the whole routine is designed to burn fat, not bulk.

Its a good program, but I wish the diet section treated fruit & veggie carbs differently than pasta & grain (starchy) carbs. They lump em together, and put such an emphasis on protein shakes and Myoplex MRP's that you can easily end up with a fiber deficiency, and a wicked case of mud butt.
