Hello all, I am looking at starting a challenge to help myself and others to lose weight and for motivation for me and others. I am 47yrs old 6'4" and weigh 325 lbs. I have three bulging discs that are currently killing me due to my weight. When I weighed 320-330 I felt great. I want this to be motivation for everyone due to us being accountable to each other for our actions. If anybody has any ideas feel free to post them. I want to start it in the next two weeks. I will come up with a few ideas and with anybody else's ideas we can set it up. Thanks
