I recently switched from atkins to a lower fat diet. I usually average around 150 carbs a day now (as opposed to 40 a day o atkins) but my fat is really low. Anyways, I think I'm starting to gain some weight back. I know of the hydrating effect of carbs but it feels like it's more than just water. Has anybody else had this experience, and if so, is it only temporary? Or should I go back to low carb? I really don't want to go back to low carb because I get SO bored on it. Can somebody help me?
