any very low cal icy recipes?

not sure yet, but i may have to have my tonsils out soon. if at all possible i want to stay away from ice cream! lately i've been eating mushy stuff and liquids like quaker oatmeal, cream of wheat, and tomato soup but cold stuff makes my throat feel better. i would be eating jello and broth, but i can only have the organic kind and i dont know where to find it.
 
I really like frozen yogurt pops!

You can buy the little make-your-own-popsicle trays and fill them with low-fat yogurt, then enjoy an icy treat!!

Try making fruit juice pops with pureed fruit in it. If you want it to be less cals use light fruit juice or water it down a lil. They are pretty tastey and you can make a whole bunch of different kinds:D
