I have been having some issues lately with being able to burn fat. I have already lost all the weight I want to but there is a bit of residual fat stored around my abdomen and obliques. I keep a close watch on all I eat and consume around 2500 cals a day as well as doing P90x (for about two months now). every other area is toning nicely except for the previously stated ones. I was hoping someone might have some advice or something. I am ultimately looking to get leaner not really bulk up. Thanks for any advice anyone has!
