Any suggestions?

so far today i've had 1/2 bagel with low fat PB and an orange and 2 cups of green tea...

I didn't bring a lunch, I've had salad a couple days now, I want something different but not huge in calories... any suggestions?

Around my work there are... a grocery store, Wendys, Sushi, Tim Hortons, Quiznos...

I don't know!!! I don't want to use too many calories!

HELP ME!

do you have access to a microwave at your work? you can get a lean cusine from the store
 
Thanks for the suggestions guys!! I am going to go grocery shopping tonight and will be sure to pick up some lean cuisines to have in the freezer!!! I'm going to also make up my own chilli this weekend, I haven't had it in forever but I love it spicy spicy! That way I can make it with ground chicken or turkey!

I ended up going to Wendys and after looking it up on calorie king.com

I got the Ultimate Grilled chicken burger, no sauce, just a tomato, lettuce and the bun... so... 320 calories... a little more than i would have liked, but I have no other snacks today so I need something to last me til 4:30.

sushi is SUPER healthy and low in calories... I think you can get like 6 tuna rolls for like 150 calories... totally a good decision =)
