I'm a runner! Started in September 2010 with a Couch to 5K plan. It was so hard at first, I could barely run for 2 minutes before I felt exhausted and out of breath. I had to repeat weeks in the plan because I just wasn't ready to add to it, but now I'm running 2-4 miles 2-3 times a week with a weekend run of 5-6 miles, and I'm working towards a 10K race in May. I'm slow but I really enjoy it and it's a great way to increase fitness and help lose weight. =)
